Protekta Safety Africa accepts Visa and Mastercard credit cards, bank transfers and cash payments. We unfortunately don't accept cheques or debit cards.

 

All our online payments are processed by ShoppingTree. All sensitive information on our site, from logging in to the entire payment process is encrypted and therefore totally secure.

When checking out you'll be asked to choose between three payment options:

 

• Credit card
• Bank transfer
• Collect and pay

 

1. Credit card

 

Paying by credit card is the easiest and most convenient method of payment. As mentioned above, all sensitive information is encrypted and totally secure. If you feel uncomfortable with purchasing online using your credit card, please don't hesitate to contact us so we can authorize your credit card over the phone.

 

 

2. Bank transfer

  After you have made the payment, please e-mail proof of payment to: info@protekta.co.za or should you prefer to fax us your proof of payment you can do so to +27 (011) 450 1886, remembering to state your order number as a reference.

 

3. Collect and pay

 

You may collect and pay for your purchase at our showroom anytime between Monday to Friday from 8am - 4-30pm.

 

If your purchase isn't collected and paid for within 5 working days we will return all items to stock.
