Returns, Refunds and Replacements Policy
1. Returns & Refunds
Should you not be satisfied with your purchase within the first 5 days of receipt you may contact us and request a “Returned Goods Note”. Only goods not used, damaged or altered in any way will be considered for refund. Only products held in stock can be returned. A handling fee will be levied.
Once you’ve received the “Returned Goods Note” via email you can print it out, complete the form indicating the reason for your return, include the original packing slip and ship your purchase back to us at the following address:

We will notify you via E-mail of your refund once we have received the returned item. Please note that we can process returns and refunds only for items purchased from Protekta.co.za
2. Replacements
You may request a replacement of any product if its condition is not satisfactory (damaged materials, stains, missing components etc.) within 30 days. Only goods not used, damaged or altered in any way will be considered for refund. Only products held in stock can be returned. A handling fee may be levied.
Indicate the reason for your request, attach confirmation ("certificate" as above), include the packing slip (if you do not have your packing slip, please indicate the order number in your correspondence) and send or fax the letter to Protekta Safety Africa:
